Refund policy
When and how The Willow Gate LLC refunds fulfilled orders.

Production defects
Orders that arrive misprinted, mismarked, or materially defective will be reproduced at no charge. Send photographic evidence within fourteen days of delivery.
Sizing and fit
Made-to-order garments and accessories cannot be returned for size or fit. Pre-order samples are available for new partners onboarding.
Lost in transit
Orders confirmed lost in transit by the carrier will be reproduced and dispatched at no charge once the carrier claim is filed.
Refunds vs. reproduction
Our default remedy is reproduction. Cash refunds are available where reproduction is impractical (e.g., out-of-season base).
